2008 Event Results Form

Please use this form to report or edit Event Results for 2008 Specialty Shows.
The top portion of the form is already populated with information for this Specialty Show.
Unless there were last minute changes, this information should not need to be changed.

The form offers several options for how to report results.

  1. External URL:  Just below the entry and point schedule information, there is a field where you can post a URL for an external site where show results can be found.  This is typically located on the Show Superintendent's web site, but it may also be a link to the Host Club's web site.  Please do NOT use this field to link to a private breeder web site.

  2. Individual Winners:  The main part of the form has fields where you can post individual winners in the Sweeps and Breed Classes.  The titles for each winner are clearly labeled, so it should not be difficult to list each winner separately.  If you have the time, this is actually the preferred way to report show results, even if a whole catalog is available.  Spelling will appear on the web site exactly as recorded in these fields, so please use caution.  Dog's names should be their full AKC name rather than a "call" name, and all of the dog's registered owners should be listed.

  3. PDF File Submission:  Lastly, there is an option for posting results in a PDF file format.  Using this option will actually involve two steps, but should be fairly easy to follow.  The first step is to record the name of the PDF file in the field on this form.  This file name will be used on the web page to link to the file.  The second step is to send the PDF file to the Webmaster as an Email attachment.  The email address is provided on the form.  (If you have the catalog as a Microsoft Word file rather than a PDF file, please send the file and it will be converted to PDF format before it is uploaded to the web server.)

  4. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHS:  Yes, we are looking for Event Photographs that can be posted to the web site.  If you have one or two, please follow the same procedures for submitting a PDF file -- record the file name below and then send the image file as an email attachment.
